CloseEventLog

The CloseEventLog function closes the specified event log.

BOOL CloseEventLog(
  HANDLE hEventLog   // handle to event log
);
 

Parameters

hEventLog

Handle to the event log to be closed. This handle is returned by the OpenEventLog function.

Return Values

If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.

If the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error information, call GetLastError.
